Payment Dispute & Refund Guidelines

Social Convent International School (Proprietorship: Parshant Kalia) strives to ensure a smooth online payment experience for all parents and guardians. Please read our policy regarding the cancellation and refund of fees paid online via Paytm.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees paid to the school are strictly non-refundable once processed. These include, but are not limited to:

Admission Fees & Registration Charges. Examination Fees (once the exam schedule is published).

2. Tuition Fee Refunds

Refunds for tuition fees will only be considered under exceptional circumstances (such as mid-session transfer or withdrawal of the student). Such requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration at St No 08, Tagore Nagar, Jalandhar. Any approved refund will be processed directly to the original source of payment within 10-15 business days.

3. Double Deductions / Technical Errors

If your account is debited twice for a single transaction due to a technical error:

The payment gateway (Paytm) will typically auto-refund the failed transaction amount to your bank account within 3 to 7 working days. If the duplicate payment reflects in the school's account, please contact the accounts department. The duplicate amount will either be refunded or adjusted against the next installment of fees.

4. Cancellation

Once a successful online payment is initiated and authorized by the user, it cannot be cancelled through the online portal. For any modifications, you must visit the school office in person.
